This course is designed for all water and wastewater operators. The course will present the basic hydraulic concepts and principles as they apply to water and wastewater system operators. Topics covered will include fluid properties of water, flow velocity and pressure. It will also review the operation of hydraulic pumps, valves, flow meters and gauges.
