This course is designed for all water operators working at facilities that provide groundwater and operators from systems that purchase water from a groundwater source. The Groundwater Rule went into effect on December 1, 2009. This course will review regulatory requirements including Triggered Monitoring, Assessment Monitoring and Corrective Actions. It will also discuss Connecticut and Rhode Island's regulation implementation and will review case studies.
