This course is designed for water operators who work with water meters. It will discuss the management of a utilities water metering infrastructure. It will review the proper selection, sizing, installation, routine testing, maintenance and rotation (change out) of meters. In addition, it will present the various metering technologies including disc, turbine, compound, fire service and magnetic flow meters.
