This course is designed for Water and wastewater personnel who operate, or need to learn how to operate a forklift and comply with OSHA certification requirements. This safety course will review the following items, introduction to OSHA Standards, the basic of forklift operation, forklift safety, how to inspect a forklift, loading and unloading, traffic regulations, operating in a hazardous environment, operator responsibility and an on-board skills assessment. This course will certify attendees to operate a forklift.
