This course is designed for operators of water and wastewater systems seeking to pass certification exams. The course will present tips for taking objective multiple choice test such as water treatment, distribution and wastewater treatment exams. It will review the causes of test anxiety and tips for minimizing this anxiety.
The course also include a practice exam to complete in class so you can implement the tips learned and test your knowledge of the material. Finally, it will review the test and help you determine the areas on which to focus your study.
