Operator Regulations, Responsibilities & Standard Operating Procedures [#1027] Water

This course is designed for licensed and unlicensed operators of public water systems wishing to better understand the regulations and requirements as a licensed water operator. It will review the requirements to become certified as a water system operator, requirements to move up in class, license renewal, responsibilities of a licensed operator, ethics as a licensed operator, duties and career paths. The course will also review how to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your water system. SOPs help provide consistent, effective practices for system operations.

The course is sponsored by the US EPA and is free to all water operators.
