This course is designed for all water distribution and wastewater operators. It will provide an overview of excavation safety including OSHA Rules & Regulations. The course will review the various types of excavations, their potential hazards and proper safety procedures. The second half of the course will review the basics of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and the various applications of trenchless technologies.
