Rhode Island CCRs

We are pleased to announce that in 2006 the State of Rhode Island Department of Health-Office of Drinking Water Quality has again contracted with the Atlantic States Rural Water & Wastewater Association (ASRWWA) to prepare small water system's Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for the 2005 testing year.

The RI DOH-Office of Drinking Water Quality is using a portion of its State Revolving Loan Fund to help small systems meet this requirement for testing year 2005.

Though we complete your report, each RI system is still responsible for the mandatory distribution of the final CCR to all your customers and sending a copy to the RI DOH-Office of Drinking Water Quality no later than July 1, 2006 and the Certification form no later than October 1st.  Although the certification form is due at a later time from your CCR, ASRWWA strongly recommends you submit them to the DOH at the same time. The mailing address is as follows:

ASRWWA can create CCRs for larger systems in Rhode Island for a fee. We would be happy to provide you with a quote for design, publication and mailing of your CCR. Please call Nicole Hendrickson at 860 889-6373 or email her with any questions or to obtain a quote.

Don’t forget, you must keep your CCR reports on file and available to the public upon request for five years!

You can find copies of completed 2005 RI CCRs under the Resources section of our webpage.
