Annual Drinking Water Taste Test! 
Think you've got the best? Put it to the test! Please bring your water sample in an unmarked, one-quart canning jar to the Conference on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Complete your Taste Test Registration Form and bring it with you to the Conference. The winner will represent  Rhode Island in the “Great American Water Taste Test” in Washington D.C., February 2019!

EXHIBITOR DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY  
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for all registrations. Please Note: All registration cancellations and credit  requests must be made in writing. A credit of the registration fee, minus the $200 non-refundable deposit, will be given for cancellations received by Friday, March 22, 2019. No credit will be offered after March 22, 2018.  Full payment must be received from all Exhibitors by Friday, March 29, 2019. Late fees may apply!
ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Individuals registered for one of ASRWWA's training classes or seminars will be charged the class fee if we have not received notice of cancellation prior to the class. Anyone contacting ASRWWA to cancel enrollment in a class will receive a cancellation number. In the event of an emergency, which would prevent attendance, please contact asrwwa@asrwwa.org as soon as possible with the details. 
CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES:
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASRWWA meetings, trainings, and other seminars constitutes an agreement by the attendee to ASRWWA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio tapes of such events and activities.
