Water Chemistry Basics (#1802 A-D)
This training is intended to provide certified TREATMENT AND DISTRIBUTION water operators and operators-in-training and other personnel with a basic understanding of water sources, impurities contained in water, basic water chemistry and chemical relationships. This training will also provide an understanding of the purpose of different methods of water sampling as well as the importance of field analysis of certain critical parameters in addition to laboratory analyses. Finally, this training will present methodologies to evaluate and assess water quality, corrosion and scale potential, and assess treatment needs.

Individuals registered for one of ASRWWA's training classes or seminars will be charged the class fee if we have not received notice of cancellation 48 hours prior to the class. Anyone contacting ASRWWA to cancel enrollment in a class will receive a cancellation number. In the event of an emergency, which would prevent attendance, please contact Jason Blais as soon as possible with the details.
